Day charters aboard IMPULSIVE

Not every charter needs a week. IMPULSIVE runs day charters from Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays from October to June, and on the Brisbane River in February, for groups of up to 80.

Choose how long you want on the water, add a catering and drinks package, and the crew takes care of everything else. It suits birthdays, client days, team rewards and a day out with family and friends.

Day charter questions

How many guests can come on a day charter?

Up to 80 guests for a cocktail-style day or evening, and 20 for a seated lunch or dinner. Groups of fewer than 12 are catered on an APA basis with a bespoke menu from our chef.

Where do day charters leave from?

In the Whitsundays, from Hamilton Island, between October and June. In Brisbane, from the Brisbane River minutes from the CBD, in February. The entire east coast is available on request.

What is included in the charter fee?

The yacht, the Captain and seven crew, a fuel allowance, tea and coffee, and fresh orchids throughout. Food and drinks are added as a per-person package.

Can we stay overnight instead?

Yes. Overnight and weekly charters sleep up to ten guests in five cabins. See our charter rates.

How far ahead should we book?

Weekends, Christmas and school holidays go first. Send us your preferred date and we will confirm availability straight away.
