Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, the highly accredited captain James brings a contagious energy and impressive knowledge of cruising the East Coast. James has spent extensive time in the Whitsundays over the past seven years, showcasing a captain's local knowledge like no other. James is motivated to discover hidden gems, provide remarkable hospitality, and create unique experiences for charter guests. Outside of work, James enjoys being on the water with his wife, volunteering in the fire department and wing-foiling! James's unwavering patience brings calmness to the whole crew and guarantees a cheerful team environment

Born and raised in Cairns, Australia, Bailey brings great energy and enthusiasm to the team. As an accomplished young man, Bailey also has an impressive knowledge of cruising Far North Queensland; he is fit, fun and ready to create unforgettable experiences for all the charter guests onboard. Off-charter, you will often find Bailey either enjoying a seasonal change and carving it up on a snowboard or keeping active with high-level AFL, wakeboarding, surfing and mountain bike riding.

Jack is Australian, born and raised with an endless passion for the marine industry. Jack is renowned for bringing unlimited enthusiasm and positivity to the guests and crew onboard IMPULSIVE. With impressive yachting experience throughout Australia and a carpentry trade, Jack brings a wealth of wisdom and hands-on knowledge. Off the water, you will usually find Jack volunteering with Marine Rescue, working on projects such as building an off-the-grid house or surfing! Jack is excited to welcome guests onboard IMPULSIVE and will ensure they always leave with a smile.

We proudly introduce our renowned Chef, Falk, ready to take you on an unforgettable culinary journey. Falk built an impressive reputation after establishing himself in the Whitsundays, working as the head chef in five-star restaurants and advancing to the executive chef position at Hamilton Island. His dedication and commitment to progression created an outstanding foundation for Falk to transition into working on Superyachts. His passion for cooking and creativity drives Falk to strive for excellence and exceed guests' expectations. Falk is an integral part of the Impulsive crew; his friendly nature and seamless collaboration with the crew always enhance the entire team dynamics onboard. 

Born and raised in South Africa, Michelle's worldwide travel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to IMPULSIVE. Michelle's warm personality is welcoming and calming and complements leading the dynamic team. From the moment you step onboard IMPULSIVE, Michelle will ensure that everything is taken care of with precise execution. Off-charter, you will find Michelle spending time as a long-term volunteer with the Make-a-Wish foundation. Michelle is kind, swift, and has built an impressive reputation as a chief stewardess. We are honoured to have her on our team.

With over 30 years of sea time on the Australian East & North Coast, PNG, and the Solomon Islands, Peter has excelled as a Master in the maritime industry. Peter is dedicated to supporting the crew and creating unforgettable guest experiences in remote areas. We are privileged to have Peter on board in Far North Queensland this year. Peter has spent many years exploring and operating chartered superyachts in these remarkable parts of Australia. Peter has all the hidden gems ready for our guests! In his spare time, Peter loves diving and spending time with his family.
